Terms and Conditions

I hereby authorize Kathy Reed Productions LLC to charge my credit card for all purchased services as specified in the Event Contract. I understand and agree that should I dispute the credit charge through my credit card issuer or credit provider, it will constitute a breach of contract as well as credit card fraud.

Checking the Acknowledgement constitutes my digital signature and I accept the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. I also agree to waive any charge-back rights and in the event of a dispute, requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to Kathy Reed Productions Productions LLC.
